Which geosynthetics does SIGMA manufacture?
We manufacture the full range of geosynthetics: HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, PVC, textured and composite geomembrane; woven and nonwoven geotextiles; HDPE geocell and gravel grid; geosynthetic clay liner (GCL); geobag and geotube; drainage products (geonet, dimpled drainage sheet, wick drain/PVD, corrugated and permeable pipe, rainwater storage module); erosion-control products (3D geomat, concrete blanket, silt fence, turbidity curtain); and installation equipment such as geomembrane welding machines.
What standards are your geosynthetics made to?
Our HDPE geomembrane liner is produced to GRI-GM13; geotextiles and silt fence to AASHTO M288; geosynthetic clay liner to GRI-GCL3; drainage geocomposites to ASTM D4716; corrugated drainage pipe to AASHTO M294; and concrete blanket to ASTM D8364. Values are tested by the designated ASTM/AASHTO methods, and certificate copies (ISO 9001, CE) are available on request.
Can you produce to our specification or brand (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. As a manufacturer we supply custom thicknesses, widths, surfaces (smooth or textured) and colors, and offer OEM/ODM — including private-label packaging — to meet your project specification and brand.
