Geomembrane export to Sudan

Geomembrane for water storage in Sudan

We sent two containers of HDPE geomembrane to Sudan — one 40 ft and one 20 ft container. The customer uses the geomembrane to build water-storage ponds in eastern Sudan as part of a government programme.

Quantities and thickness supplied

The order covered two thicknesses: 0.5 mm (45,000 square metres) and 0.75 mm (23,900 square metres). The programme involves a large number of ponds, and we are a designated geomembrane supplier for the project as it gets under way.

Built for a hot, high-UV climate

The geomembrane we supply is UV-resistant and anti-ageing, suited to the high ultraviolet levels and temperatures of the region. Choosing a stabilised HDPE membrane helps water-storage ponds perform reliably under harsh sun.

Documentation and quality

Before export we provide customers with the inspection documentation needed for customs clearance. Our products undergo rigorous laboratory testing so that the key technical indicators meet the required standards before shipment.
