如何选择合适的池塘防渗膜厚度

装饰性和小型鱼塘通常采用 0.75–1.0 mm（30–40 mil）HDPE 池塘防渗膜即可；较大的农用池塘、灌溉蓄水池和水产养殖池则升级到 1.0–1.5 mm（40–60 mil）高密度聚乙烯池塘防渗膜，以获得更高的抗刺穿性。在有牲畜、石块或较高水头压力的场合，2 mm 的 HDPE 防渗膜可提供最长的使用寿命。

为什么 HDPE 优于其他池塘防渗材料

与压实黏土或混凝土不同，高密度聚乙烯池塘防渗膜不透水、抗紫外线且无毒，因此可安全用作 HDPE 鱼塘防渗膜，也适用于饮用水蓄水池。它通过热楔焊焊接成一整张连续的膜，铺设迅速，并能抵抗腐蚀、老化和化学品侵蚀——是替代高价加筋防渗膜的低成本、长寿命方案。

Aquaculture and farm pond liners

Fish farms are one of the most common users of this material: as an aquaculture pond liner it holds a stable water level and keeps outside contaminants out of the water column, and as a fish pond liner for fish farming it is welded into one continuous, leak-free sheet rather than shipped as loose panels. On smaller operations we supply the same HDPE sheet for farm pond use as a farm pond liner, so the plastic lining of the farm pond has no field seams to fail. Pond liner rolls and large installations

The geomembrane ships as wide rolls that are welded on site into one continuous plastic pond liner — much larger than a single pond tarp or pond liner roll you might buy off the shelf. For a large pond liner project we can pre-weld panels into oversized sections at the factory, or ship loose rolls together with the welding equipment and seaming guidance your installer needs, whichever suits your installation schedule.
